Great first stop out of Chicago in the middle of IowaFriendly people with nice wine to tasteQuiet campsite among the trees. Glad the heat was working in the vanSo grateful to get to near Lincoln, Nebraska. High winds had me gripping the wheel with both hands and driving 50mph! The next morning with less wind I was able to appreciate the quiet beauty of the endless fields and tree branch patterns. Trees without leaves can be just as beautifulMade it to Chris and Natalie’s in Superior, Colorado ! After unloading the van, I relaxed and eased my nerves with a Perfect Manhattan ! Now Meander will be off the road until January
