Perk of this ride was a trip to “Artists Palette” This picture does not begin to show the varied colors of the rocks and earth in this canyon.Next day started with a ride to Borax ( think 20 mule team ). The ride out to dunes was sweet. 46 mile total for the day. The way back was with ever increasing head and side winds. I bailed with five left but Mary made it all the way backEarly morning hike up Natural Bridge Canyon as the rain was startingWe played a brief game of dominoes until the rain stopped. Short ride to Zabriskie Point for more glorious views of the valley and surrounding mountains.Mosaic Canyon was wonderous with bold colors and stone that looked and felt like woodI was in awe of the massive rock formations and the minerals that created such variation in color
